July 15, 2014

Our Amsterdam office has advised one of the bidding consortium on the tendering for the €60 million DBFM-contract for the design, construction, finance and maintenance of the lock project Limmel in the south of The Netherlands.

The work involves the construction of a new lock, ancillary works and subsequently the demolition of the existing lock. This is the first lock project in The Netherlands that has been brought to the market via a DBFM contract and is a pilot project for four other lock projects that will go out to tender in the course of this and next year.

The team comprised Bart Vis and Daphne Broerse.
